On site Consultation

Our builder will come to assess the project and site to discuss your vision and requirements that are important to you and they will run through all the options available to help you achieve them.

Quotation

You will then receive a detailed digital quotation stating the approach you have selected to take including all expenses needed to undertake the project. At Vellini Homes we like to be very open and honest with our prices upfront to avoid any surprises later on.

The Build

Once quotation is finalised and accepted you will be contacted to discuss a commencement of work. Throughout the build our team at Vellini will uphold the highest level of customer service we pride ourselves on our feedback that we keep our sites nice and tidy throughout the build. We will maintain communication with the client to ensure they are happy with all the work being carried out by our team.

The final inspection 

Once our work is complete you will have the chance to inspect all our work in detail so you can start enjoying your new home!
